About Me
My name is Ryan Glant, and I am a recent graduate of Central Michigan University, where I earned my degree in Information Technology with a minor in Broadcasting/ Cinematography.
With four years of experience in the IT field and two semesters of hands-on-work in media production, I've developed a strong foundation in both technical support and creative storytelling. My background also includes game development, allowing me to explore how interactive design can enhance user experiences.
I'm passionate about blending technology and creativity to solve problems, communicate ideas, and build meaningful digital solutions.
Skills
Programming in Java, HTML, and C#. Technical support, video editing, building computers from scratch, communication, professional photo/video work, and resource management.
Activities
Recently at CMU I was involved with the setup and production of Esport programs. I was a part of the Esports team for Super Smash Bros where I participated on their A team for three years.
I was the President of the Super Smash Bros Club for two years where I managed 90+ events via team management, streaming and score keeping.
I was a member and former Treasurer of the CMU Film Society and have been involved in many other activities across campus.
