Repaired, and reimaged student and staff laptops district wide. Implemented technology changes with smart boards and internet. Supporting main tech’s with moving equipment and technology implementation.

Manually and semi-automated staged computers for multiple clients in the staging room. Created and deployed custom windows images for rapid deployment. Upgraded memory and hard drives for new and repaired workstations and laptops.

One of the main IT administrators for MPDM. Support for all devices in the building, trouble shooting, assistance with technical problems. Service with security system and servers. Creation of documentation for various issues and help sheets.
